OUTSTANDING
COLORADO YOUNG FARMER
CHAPTER COMMUNITY
SERVICE AWARD

PURPOSE
To recognize the Outstanding Young Farmer Chapter for cooperation and
service to the school, community and state association.
ELIGIBILITY
Any chapter may apply whose membership has paid dues to the Colorado
Young Farmer s Educational Association for the current year.
The previous year's winner is ineligible to apply.
BASIS OF AWARD
The Outstanding Colorado Young Farmer Chapter Community Service Award
will be based upon the purposes, goals, and accomplishments of a
specific and other community service projects by a chapter.
AWARD
The Outstanding Colorado Young Farmer Community Service Award will be
presented at the annual institute. Include only information for
the period of December 1 of last year, to December 1 of this
year. All applications must include 6 to 10 pictures with
captions of activities reported on the application to be considered
for judging. The winning chapter will be awarded $100 and a plaque.
APPLICATIONS
All applications must be received or postmarked before December 15th
of each year. Send applications to Jack Annan, Executive
Secretary, Colorado Young Farmers Educational Association,
